This villa was originally planned as the first on a new luxury development on Koh Mak. However, due to the economic situation the developer now wished to sell the villa and the entire 2 Rai plot it sits on. Originally three of these villas were planned, each would be sold with appro 1000sqm landscaped garden for around 15 million baht.

The Original Concept – An investment for anyone looking for a traditional Thai style island pool villa. Enjoy luxury and privacy a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Architect – These villas are designed by one of the area’s most experienced firms who have designed and supervised the construction of the 4 star Aana Resort on the west coast of Koh Chang and also The Spa, Koh Chang’s only luxury health resort & spa, on the east coast and the new Cinnamon Art Resort on Koh Mak.
Location – The villas are located just off the main road that runs parallel with tAo Kao beach, the south-west facing beach, on Koh Mak. This beach is home to a dozen small resorts and has a beach which stretches for several kilometres. Walking distance to the beach from your villa is just over 300 metres. All villas will have sea views looking towards Koh Rayang.
The Design – Each villa comprises: 3 ensuite bedrooms with private balconies for the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, toilet, a private roof deck and ground floor terrace with plunge pool. All houses will have solar hot water, rain-water collection tanks and come furnished with resort-style tropical furniture, and teakwood decor.
The Ground Floor comprises large kitchen and dining area, ensuite bedroom and living area plus pool, sundeck area and terraces.
Basement - This villa also includes a basement with parking area, office and additional maid’s bedroom / storeroom.

The developer will also, if the buyer wishes, offer a property management service. He would help rent out the house to visitors to the island when the owners weren’t using it. His staff would clean and maintain the property in the owners absence and rental income would be shared.
Utilities – Water will be from private wells on the land and electricity from the public supply, owners will receive a monthly bill form the government electricity company. Internet connections via satellite or GPRS connection are also possible. Satellite TV, with HBO, Star Movies, BBC, CNN, ESPN, Star Sports etc can also be connected.
Price: The selling price had been set at 15,000,000 Baht for this house on 1000sqm land. Two additional homes were also to have been built here.
The selling price now is 12,000,000 Baht for the completed villa on 2 Rai (3,200sqm) of Chanote titled land
