The Beach
The developer of a small upmarket housing project now has additional plots available in Phase 2. Three 600sqm beachfront plots will all be home to a two bedroom villa. The land has now been filled and construction of the homes will begin soon. There is no need to buy off plan as the developer will start construction before buyers are found.
Sweet Construction is an American property firm based in California. However, several years ago the Director Bruce Sweet saw the potential of Koh Chang and acquired a secluded plot of land on the east coast of the island which was earmarked for development. This 7 Rai (11,200sqm) plot will be the site for development of 12 homes, designed in a modern tropical style combining the amenities of open-plan living with tropical aesthetics.
The first homes here have already been completed and buyers can see a completed homes in Phase 1.
Price: 13,000,000 Baht for a completed 2 bedroom villa. These prices include landscaping, access road, electric and water infrastructure, kitchen cabinets, appliances, closets, floor material and all finishes.
Facilities at the completed development include a swimming pool and slipway for launching small speedboats.
