Four Floor Shophouse For Sale in Busy Beach Area

With virtually all small businesses on Koh Chang being built on rented land some people may prefer the security of a buying their own place. The north end of Klong Prao beach is one of the busiest roadside areas on the island with several large resorts lying within 5 minutes walk. Most businesses here are located in rented shop units by the roadside or in a quiet shopping plaza off the main road.
