This small development comprises only 19 condominium units and is located by the sea on the west coast of Koh Chang, in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from both White Sand and Klong Prao beaches. The French developer’s concept is to create a peaceful community in a quiet sea front location. The developer will also live on site and will handle enquiries from potential buyer’s personally.
Construction work has already begun on the first units in this boutique modern Thai style development that also incorporates facilities such as Spa, sauna, squash court, restaurant and seafront swimming pool.
A show unit will be completed in May 2009. The developer expects to complete the entire project in 2010. Assuring buyers that they will not have to wait long before they can move into their new home and, if desired, they will also be able to start earning rental income as early as High Season 2010-11.
Two types of condo unit are available:
Type A -The stairs at the rear of these units lead up to a huge private roof terrace, with plenty of space for an outdoor jacuzzi, sunbeds, table tennis table, open air dining area etc. The roof terraces also provide a great place to watch the sunset over the sea.
Type B – These units are situated in a 3 floor block with 4 units on each floor. All units face the sea and those on the top floor will have uninterrupted sea views.
Prices: From 5,000,000 baht for one bedroom units. Ownership for foreign buyers is on 90 year Leasehold, and Freehold ownership is possible on some units.
