This plot of 2 Rai & 50 Talang Wa (i.e. approx 3,400sqm) is situated on the east coast of Koh Chang and has the sea on two sides. The land juts into the sea giving it great 180 degree panoramic views along the coastline of Koh Chang and towards the mainland.
Access is by a paved public road which was built by the local government to allow access to a small jetty adjacent to the land. This jetty is used by a handful of local fishermen who have small boats in the water here and live nearby. A channel has been dredged to allow access to the sea even at low tide and so the owners of this land could easily launch a speedboat into the water.
Although the land doesn’t have a great beach – it is a stony shoreline. The views, easy access and location make it a great spot for a private house or small hideaway type of resort. The land has a Chanote title.
