This 20 cover Italian restaurant can easily be run by a couple. The current owners have to return to Italy and so the restaurant is for sale.
It is located just north of Klong Prao beach and is in a shop unit approximates 5m x 18m. In addition there is a terrace / garden area that can also be used for al fresco dining. The owners also rent the adjacent unit, which is currently used for storage but could easily be used for additional seating or for another complimentary business – e.g a bar.
There is ample off road parking and the restaurant is easily visible to passers-by. All the fixtures & fitting required to run the business are included in the sale – e.g. all kitchen equipment including two fridges, chest freezer, pizza oven, dough machine. Plus pool table, LCD TV, speakers and karaoke system and of course, all tables, chairs and decor in the restaurant. The owners will only take some small items with them.
Monthly rent for each unit is fixed at only 4,500 Baht. The landlord will give a longterm contract to the new owner, the contract signing fee, payable to the landlord, is 25,000 Baht x Number of years the contract is required.
