The owner of this popular roadside restaurant now finds herself needing more freetime and so would like someone to take over her restaurant business on White Sand beach. This is a turnkey business which is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The business is available for yearly rental. All fixtures and fittings are included as are the ten staff who have indicated they are happy to stay on for a new owner.
The menu is competitively priced with other similar restaurants in the area and sells the usual mix of Thai, western and seafood dishes.
