This brand new, 124sqm, 3 bedroom villa was completed in 2011 and occupies a prime beachfront location on Koh Chang’s premier housing development. From the house there are uninterrupted sunset sea views. The 1 kilometre long private beach is a stone’s throw from the end of the garden.
Ground floor: two airconditoned bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living area with patio doors leading onto covered terrace. Directly in front of the terrace is the swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in. The modern style kitchen has been fitted and equipped with modern utensils and equipment and comes complete with all the glassware, that you will require for your stay. And, for entertainment, the living area features a LCD TV.
Upper Floor: one ensuite, airconditioned bedroom with outdoor terrace and sea views.
The house is furnished in a mix of soft, comfortable modern sofas and wardrobes.
Free Wi Fi is provided as is a daily cleaning service. Guests have use of the large communal pool & restaurant. Other onsite facilities include a watersports centre and a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course. There is 24 hour security on site and services such as laundry, transfer, scooter or car hire, massage can easily be arranged.
The busiest beach on the island “White Sand beach” is around 15 minutes drive away.

Daily Rate: 200 Euro ( Minimum 3 Night Stay )
