Housing developments on Koh Chang and Koh Mak
Unlike the far busier islands of Samui & Phuket, development on Koh Chang is still in it's early days and there are only a handful of real estate developments. In the past 2-3 years several projects have never made it off the drawing board due to the economic crisis. These include villa & condominium developments on Koh Chang & Koh Mak and Million Euro residences on Koh Chang, all probably viable during the boom years but now sadly not.
