Plots of Land For Sale on Koh Chang and Koh Mak
It is very hard to find small plots of land for sale on Koh Chang. Nowadays you wont find any small beachfront plots on the west coast of the island, forget about that. And small plots anywhere near the west coast beaches are extremely rare. Sea view land too is a rarity as most hillsides lie within the National Park. However, the East coast is getting more popular as a location for a quiet house.Be wary of land with no title deeds! I would always stick to Chanote titled land if possible. More expensive, but safer in the long run.
