Two Bed House For Longterm Rent

This house was built in late 2007 / early 2008. It’s located approx 5 minutes walk from Kai Bae village in a quiet, inland valley. The beach is another couple of minutes walk away. There are a few other Thai and expat neighbours in the area which is mainly rubber plantation and fruit trees.

The single floor house has over 100sqm of living space comprising 2 bedrooms, a large living / dining area, spacious Thai style kitchen, bathroom and large covered verandah at the front of the house.

The only furniture included are a couple of queen size beds, a refrigerator and gas hob. There are two new AC units, one in each bedroom plus wall mounted fans in the living room.
