This boutique 13 apartment development is situated on a private beach and construction began in late 2009.  The German developer had over 25 years  construction experience, ten of  those in Thailand and planned to build 13 spacious apartments for sale in this development which sits on just over 3 Rai (4,800sqm) of beachfront land.
