KohChangRealEstate.com was established in 2005 and was the first website dedicated to land, house and business sales on the islands of Koh Chang and Koh Mak.
This site doesn't try to list as many properties as possible. For example, only reputable housing developments are listed and you won't find any of the budget farmland plots without title deeds for sale.

We live on Koh Chang and so aren't looking to encourage anyone who wouldn't find life on a relatively quiet Thai island enjoyable to buy here. So, visit on holiday first. Take your time. If you think that Koh Chang life is for you, then get in touch.

Not a lot of new listings on this site recently as although there are a lot of businesses and small resorts for sale on Koh Chang at the moment, the vast majority of owners are asking very high prices and can't back that up with annual profits that would make the investment a worthwhile one.
