KohChangRealEstate.com was established in 2005 and was the first website dedicated to land, house and business sales on the islands of Koh Chang and Koh Mak.
This site doesn't try to list as many properties as possible. For example, only reputable housing developments are listed and you won't find any of the budget farmland plots without title deeds for sale.

We live on Koh Chang and so aren't looking to encourage anyone who wouldn't find life on a relatively quiet Thai island enjoyable to buy here. So, visit on holiday first. Take your time. If you think that Koh Chang life is for you, then get in touch.

Kai Bae will soon have it’s very own mini-walking street and bar area with over 20 small bars. this one is located directly opposite what will be, in December or January, Koh Chang’s first ‘Coyote’ bar.   ( Give Coyote Bar Thailand a search on Youtube.com  if this means nothing to you.)  Basic fixtures such as beer fridge, bar stools,  artistic picture of topless woman etc are included.  Bring your own decor, booze and girls.  A fun business to run.

Whilst it is now pretty easy to find a small bungalow or one bedroom place to rent on Koh Chang it is very difficult to find a larger bungalow for sale or for rent .  It is also hard to find anything better than the usual basic bungalow. These new homes, completed in December 2008, fill that need.
