21 October – Update.  These units are proving to be very popular.  Around 40% already sold – this is before they have been widely advertised. Small business for sale near Kai Bae village.

This easy to run bar is located on the main road within a few minutes walk of several large hotels and resorts. All fixtures & fittings are included e.g. pool table, furniture, fridge, chairs etc.  The bar is 4m x 10m on the inside with an outside area with main road frontage of 5m x 6m. These houses are located in a quiet residential area, off the main road, and less than 5 minutes walk from Kai Bae beach, shops and restaurants. There are five detached homes plus four semi-detached.

The houses all have two bedrooms, although the smaller ones are better suited to having one room used as a bedroom and the other as a study / work room. Houses also all have two bathrooms with the master bedroom being ensuite. In addition there is a living room with kitchen area. Not ideal for cooking every meal but fine for occasional use and plenty of room for gas hob, microwave, fridge etc. Cheap restaurants are a close by and also shops that sell fresh fruit, vegetables, meat etc.

In addition there are four 1 bedroom apartments available, also fully furnished for people who don’t require as much space.

This small home is located by a river in the Kai Bae valley.  It is on approx 1.5 Rai of land and therefore has plenty of scope for expansion.  To build longstay bungalows for example.  The land slopes gently from the access road down towards the river bank. the land is currently a very large garden area, planted with a selection of fruit trees and tropical plants. Access is by concrete road.  Electricity is from the government supply and water is from a private well.

The land has a Por Bor Tor 5 farmland title. So can only be held in the name of a Thai national.  It can’t be bought on a registered lease or held in the nameof a Thai company.   ( This is the same situation for all homes in the valley. )  The house itself is simple, large enough for a couple to live in.  The Thai owner finds the location too quiet and so would like to move elsewhere.
