This 7 room boutique resort is located on the main road only a couple of minutes drive from both White Sand and Klong Prao beaches. Although it isn’t on the beach it does offer good value rooms for couples and families all of which are fitted and furnished to a good modern standards. The exterior is decorated with a variety of statues and tropical plants and there is also a covered deck for guests to relax outdoors.

There are 6 standard rooms plus one large family room that features two double beds plus a jacuzzi. In addition there is one staff room.  The resort is built on 1 Rai, 1600sqm of land.  Running costs are low as only one member of staff is required and water is free from a well on the land. The resort is listed on Tripadvisor and receives positive reviews from guests.

The resort is well maintained and ready to take over. A low annual ground rent is payable to the local landlord. A nice small business for a couple to run.

This easy to run bar is located on the main road within a few minutes walk of several large hotels and resorts. All fixtures & fittings are included e.g. pool table, furniture, fridge, chairs etc.  The bar is 4m x 10m on the inside with an outside area with main road frontage of 5m x 6m. There is a good view of the jungle clad hillside from the front of the bar.  The bar caters to both tourists and the local expat community.

It is NOT a beer bar with girls.  It is a pub/bar located in the Walking Street area of White Sand beach, where customers are a mix of Thais and foreigners.
