Location: Near local village, 10 minutes to White Sand beach. Half the plots have frontage onto a small river.

Utilities: Water supply is free, provided by the developer. Electricity is from metered government supply.

Plots: All plots are approx 10 metres in width.  Access is by a paved private access road that leads from the public road.

Mountain View plots (17-32)

Buyers can purchase any number of adjacent plots in order to have enough land to suit their requirements.

Transfer Fees to be paid by the buyer when the title deed is transferred into their name.  Currently total fees on Freehold purchase are around 2% of the selling price.  Leasehold is approx 1.1% of selling price to register the land for the first 30 year period at the government Land Office.
